Leashes
What is your leash return policy?
Our leash return policy applies to all leashes included in training packages or purchased separately. Giveaway leashes are provided as-is and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or replacements. If you notice a defect upon receipt of a giveaway leash, please contact us within 7 days, and we will do our best to address the issue, subject to availability. 1. Leashes Included in Training Packages or Purchased Separately:
- If the leash is defective upon receipt, you may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving it.
- Unused leashes may be returned or exchanged within 14 days, provided they are in their original condition (not damaged, scratched, or altered in any way).
- Please note: - Our leashes are designed to be durable and reliable when paired with proper training methods. Please note: Our leashes are designed with durable 5/8-inch BioThane to hold up well during everyday walks and training. However, excessive pulling or consistent heavy strain can put stress on the hardware and material, which may lead to wear over time. While the leash is suitable for most dogs, including those who occasionally pull, consistent heavy pulling may reduce its lifespan. Chewing damage is also not covered under the return or replacement policy. Using tools or techniques to minimize pulling can help extend the life of the leash and make walks more enjoyable for both you and your dog.
